By accessing or using the Government of the Commonwealth of Dominica ePayment Payment Platform (GCPP) portal, you agree to be bound by all of the terms and conditions contained herein.
The Government may modify this document at any time, and you agree that such modifications will be effective immediately upon posting of the modified document.
You agree that by using our ePayment portal after any such modifications, you will be deemed to have reviewed, agreed to and accepted the modified terms and conditions.
When you follow a link to any other government website, you are subject to the terms and conditions and privacy policy of that website. You should check the terms and conditions
and/or privacy policy of such other websites if you have concerns about how such websites handle your personal identifiable information.

Return/ Refund Policy

In the event that your payment to the responsible Government Agency was in excess of amount chargeable or official fee, we will honor your request to refund the excess payment in full.
However, the request for the refund of the excess amount must be made within five working days from the payment transaction processing date. Please note that refunds can take anywhere from 3-120
days to reflect depending on your chosen mode of payment. We reserve the right to revise this policy at any time.
